Complete the purchase, and we’ll send the QR Code printed or engraved on a durable metal plaque, directly to your address. Each QR Code is ready to link to a personalized memorial page. You can place the plaque on the Gravestone of your Loved One.

Scan the QR

Use the Moments by QR mobile app to scan the QR Code on your purchased steel plaque. Open the app and Scan QR Code. Once scanned, the app will link the QR Code with a personalized memorial page, allowing you to manage and customize it effortlessly.

Additionally, you can also build a memorial page for yourself, which we call “Legacy Page

Login or Signup

To access the features of Moments by QR, log in or register through the app. You can sign up using your email or social accounts like Google, Facebook, or Apple. During registration, provide basic details like your name, email, and address. Once registered, you’ll gain access to create, customize, and manage memorial & legacy pages.

Build a Memorial Page

You can upload photos, videos, and audio files to showcase your loved one’s life. Further, create a visual timeline of key milestones and add a family tree to display important relationships.
