START BUILD MEMORIES

Get a Legacy Portal
Visit the Moments by QR website and navigate to the Products page, or tap the Get QR button in the app. Purchase a Legacy Portal (which includes a QR plaque and secure digital memorial space). Once you have completed the purchase, your QR code is emailed to you immediately, and a durable engraved plaque is delivered to your address. The plaque can be placed on a gravestone frame or any location that feels meaningful to you.

Scan & Get Started
Use the Moments by QR mobile app to scan the QR code linked to your Legacy Portal. Once scanned, you’ll be connected to a memorial page that can be personalised, where you can begin building and managing the page with ease. There’s no need to wait for delivery of the plaque, we will email you the QR code immediately after purchase, so you can start creating the memorial right away.

Build the Memorial
Add photos, tributes, reflections, and meaningful details that honour your loved one’s life. The app guides you through each section, making it simple to organise memories in a way that feels personal and respectful.

Manage Access & Privacy
Decide how the memorial is accessed. You can allow public viewing via QR scan, assign admin or viewer roles within the app, or secure it with a PIN for added privacy. You remain in full control at all times.

Save & Share
Once your memorial is complete, save your updates and choose how it will be shared. Invite family members to contribute, adjust access settings, and continue adding memories over time. Whether kept private or shared more widely, it remains a space you can return to whenever you wish.
